Certain mandatory referrals are program requirements and must be included with each social contract unless an exemption or good cause is determined. The four mandatory program requirements are:
Cooperation with Child Support Enforcement when appropriate deprivation reasons exist;
Cooperation with ND Health Tracks;
Cooperation with the JOBS Program; and
Complete a detailed social contract before the end of the fourth benefit month.
Referrals for these mandatory program requirements are generated upon the authorization of the initial TANF benefit and included on the Statement of Facts signed by the primary individual of the household.
