Application Dates

 

This window is reached from the Main Menu by selecting Maintenance on the menu bar, then Household Composition Edit from the drop down menu and Application Dates from the cascading menu. It also appears in the Initial Household Composition process.

 

This window is used to enter or correct application dates, opt individuals out of a specific program, record Family Coverage months and indicate out of state benefits for TANF and Medicaid

WINDOW FIELDS

 

Case Number, Case Name, Benefit Month

 

Program Appl. Dates Group Box

Name List Box

Diversion Assistance check box - Select this check box to indicate that a TANF application is to be treated as a Diversion Assistance case.

 

Program List Box

 

Program Detail Group Box - Selections are enabled when a name in the Name List Box and a program in the Program List Box are selected.

Opt Out Group Box – These fields are enabled only after a name and program are selected in the list boxes.

Note: Cannot be used for an individual under 21 years of age and a caretaker relative

 If Medicaid is selected, a selection is made from the drop down list. Opt out reasons are:

Referral Source - Drop down list to select the agency that referred the client for Health Care Coverage.

 

Application obtained from: - Drop down list to select the agency where the application for Health Care Coverage was acquired.

An Information dialog displays that states: 'Changing Case from TANF to Diversion Assistance.  Is This Correct?  If 'Yes', click OK to continue.  If 'No', clock Cancel.'

'Changing Case from Diversion ?Assistance to TANF. Is This Correct?  If 'Yes', click OK to continue.  If 'No', click Cancel.

'Not allowed to change to Diversion as referrals exist.  Contact Help Desk'
